What a session involves
Mental Health OT focuses on the connection between your mental health, your daily activities and the environment around you, helping you identify what is getting in the way and develop practical, achievable strategies that support your wellbeing.
This may include goal setting, developing coping skills, anxiety and stress management, improving sleep, building motivation, establishing supportive routines, preventing burnout and creating greater lifestyle balance. In your first session, we talk about what’s going on for you, your daily routine and what you’d like to feel different. There’s no pressure to share more than you want to.
Online, across Ireland
Sessions are typically delivered online, so you can attend from anywhere in Ireland.
In person, in Tuam
In-person sessions can be provided in Tuam, Co. Galway, upon request.
